-Whatever brought you here, I'm honored to be part of what comes next.

I became a therapist because I believe the quality of our inner lives shapes everything else: our relationships, our work, our sense of who we are. For over 20 years, I have worked with individuals and couples navigating some of the most complex, high-stakes moments of their lives, including a particular focus on physicians, attorneys, and other high-achieving professionals whose careers leave little room for anything less than complete discretion and genuine expertise.

This practice is built on a simple premise: you deserve a therapist who is fully present, rigorously trained, and genuinely invested in your progress. Not a rotating door. Not a one-size-fits-all approach. Just thoughtful, expert care, every session. My approach is strength-based, goal oriented, and solution focused.

Clinical Approach

Over the course of my career, I've developed a particular specialty working with physicians and other medical professionals, whose lives carry a unique combination of pressure, responsibility, and isolation that is rarely understood from the outside. I understand the demands of that world, the long hours, the weight of being relied upon by others, and the difficulty of finding a space where you can simply be human rather than the person everyone else depends on.

I enjoy collaborating with families and individuals to deepen and strengthen relationships, both with each other and within themselves. I aim to create a safe place where together we can explore what and how you want to change, viewing our time together as a sacred space filled with compassion and never judgment.

In collaboration, we discover what is behind the challenges keeping you, as an individual, couple, or family, from becoming who you want to be, and we then discover the solutions that can make that change happen.

Privacy and Discretion

Choosing concierge therapy services allows you to bypass certain limitations and privacy concerns that can come with working with insurance companies. They require a specific diagnosis to authorize treatment, which can stay on your medical record permanently. Additionally, insurance companies may request access to your therapeutic records, which can be a concern for clients who value privacy. For these reasons, I do not work with insurance, ensuring that my clients receive the utmost discretion, anonymity, and privacy while they receive the care they need.

Tailored Therapy

No two clients are the same, and no two sessions look alike. Some are about gaining real insight into a pattern that's been hard to see clearly. Others are about being heard, fully, without needing to perform or explain. Others still are about working through a specific decision or problem together. The work is shaped entirely around what you actually need in that moment, not a fixed protocol applied the same way to everyone who walks through the door.

Limited Clientele

I believe that quality over quantity is key to providing the best therapy experience for my clients. That's why I take a limited number of clients, allowing me to reflect on each session and provide deep conceptualizations. This allows me to fully understand each client's unique needs and tailor my approach accordingly, leading to more effective therapy sessions. With a limited clientele, I can offer a more personalized, in-depth therapy experience.
